How to use the Open Courseware Directory (OCD)
1 -- Make an initial subject selection from the subject areaas above (e.g. 'Physical Sciences').
2 -- Choose a specific subject (e.g. 'Physics' from 'Physical Sciences' menu above).
3 -- Refine with terms from 'Media Type' and 'Level' to restrict the results (e.g. 'Video' to find all video OCW for physics).

Many bits and pieces here
Many bits and pieces here rather than whole courses but there is a considerable amount of material although I've not been able to go through it all. Also, I'm not entirely clear how much is 'open'.
